The picturesque grounds and ample outdoor seating options created a serene atmosphere that truly enhanced our experience.
While we appreciated the cozy decorations throughout the property, our stay was somewhat marred by the overpowering air conditioning in common areas. It made it uncomfortable to relax indoors, especially during breakfast. Additionally, although the breakfast was enjoyable, we felt there was room for improvement in terms of freshness, as some items seemed a bit stale.

Absolutely loved the Ocean Bay House! The proximity to the Fire Island Ferry made it a breeze to explore, but honestly, we found ourselves enjoying the property more. Our room was spacious and beautifully decorated, with a cozy atmosphere that made us feel right at home. The breakfast was a standout, deliciously crafted with local ingredients. The only downside was the air conditioning being a bit too overpowering in common areas. A little adjustment would have made it more comfortable. Overall, it was a delightful and memorable stay!
